Vive Vientiane
Vientiane is a sleepy town on the banks of the immense Mekong River. It's a great place to stroll through the tree-lined, somewhat disorderly streets, without feeling like you're in a capital. Although Vientiane is the Laotian capital, it feels more like a large town, and its missing a lot of the noise and chaos common in the cities. This adventure tour offers a relaxing start to your Laos holiday and includes airport pick-up and two nights in a comfortable, centrally located hotel. |

Southern Laos adventure tours
Authentic, untouched and very green is probably the best way to describe this part of Laos. If you have some time left at the end of your trip through the North and would like to get a taste of 'pure' Laos, then we can certainly recommend visiting the south of the country. From Luang Prabang or Vientiane you can fly to the small town of Pakse, the starting point of several of our southern modules. Explore the thundering waterfalls in the rainforests of the Boloven Plateau and the many small islands in the mighty Mekong river.
